For me, the 3-Rod is about balance: a proper, substantial football table without asking your room to take a full-size model.
It's 1.17m long and weighs 70kg, so it sits in the room like real games-room furniture rather than a lightweight mini table. I'd look at it for a smaller games room, apartment or entertaining space where a standard table would feel too dominant.
If you have plenty of room and want the most playing space, the B90 is the better choice. If space matters but you don't want a compromise, the 3-Rod makes a lot of sense.
