General Return Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible non-custom items.

Please note:

• Pool table returns are heavily restricted due to the size, weight and specialist installation requirements of these products

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and collection costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Original shipping and installation charges are non-refundable

• All return-eligible items must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging where possible

• Any promotional discounts or special offers may be adjusted or deducted in the event of a return, cancellation or exchange

How to Return Eligible Items

Please contact us before returning any item.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. In some cases, we may be able to help arrange lower-cost return shipping through our courier partners.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel an order that has already been partially fulfilled, dispatched or prepared for delivery, you may be responsible for any costs already incurred by us, including shipping, handling or installation charges.

If you cancel an order after it has left our warehouse or supplier facility, you may be responsible for:

• Outgoing delivery costs

• Return shipping costs

• Collection costs

• A 15% restocking fee where applicable

If a shipment or delivery is refused, the same conditions apply.

Pool Tables

Pool tables are large, heavy and specialist products. Customers should carefully consider room dimensions, access requirements, installation conditions and personal circumstances before placing an order.

Before completing your order, we recommend contacting us to ensure all questions regarding sizing, delivery, installation and access have been fully addressed.

Prior to dispatch or installation, customers are responsible for ensuring:

• The intended installation area can safely support the weight of the pool table

• Adequate access is available through doorways, hallways, staircases and lifts

• Delivery vehicles can safely access the delivery location

• The installation area is prepared and suitable for assembly

Pool Table Returns, Dismantling & Collection

Pool tables are large, heavy and specialist products. Due to their size, weight and installation requirements, return requests may be subject to collection charges, dismantling fees, transportation costs and other reasonable deductions where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where applicable under UK consumer law, consumers may have the right to cancel eligible purchases within the statutory cooling-off period. Deductions may be made where installation services have been completed, products have been used, or goods are not returned in their original condition.

Where a return request is exceptionally approved, customers may be responsible for collection costs, return shipping costs, dismantling charges, installer handling fees and restocking fees.

If a customer wishes to return a pool table that has already been assembled or installed, dismantling and collection charges starting from £250 may apply depending on the circumstances of the return and applicable consumer rights. Additional charges may apply depending on property access, location, stair access or specialist handling requirements.

Any approved return must be unused, unmodified and returned in its original condition where possible. Installed tables may be considered used goods and may be subject to deductions from any refund issued.

Made-to-order, bespoke, customised or special-order pool tables may be non-returnable except where goods are faulty or not as described.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access is available for both delivery and any approved collection. Failed delivery or collection attempts caused by insufficient access may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where products have been damaged after delivery, improperly assembled by third parties, modified, misused or exposed to unsuitable environmental conditions.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Unassembled Pool Tables

In limited circumstances, we may approve the return of a new, unassembled pool table if it remains unopened or in original condition with all original packaging intact.

Approved returns of unassembled tables may still be subject to:

• Outgoing delivery charges

• Return shipping charges

• Installer or handling fees

• Restocking fees

Pool table deliveries are specialist heavy-goods shipments and transportation costs can be substantial.

Cues

Pool cues that have not been chalked or used may be returned within 30 days.

Cues that have been chalked, used or damaged are considered used items and are not eligible for return.

All cues must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Lighting

Due to the fragile nature of lighting products, customers must contact us before arranging any return.

Lighting products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Damaged returns caused by insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Game Tables

Certain game tables may need to be returned directly to the original supplier or manufacturer.

Where required, we will arrange the appropriate return authorisation process and provide return instructions.

Special Cases

While some products may be non-returnable, customer satisfaction remains important to us.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will review your case individually to determine whether a repair, replacement, exchange or alternative resolution may be appropriate.
