Required Room Size
In general, we recommend allowing at least 17ft × 13ft of floor space to comfortably accommodate a standard pool table with full-length cues. This provides enough clearance for players to move freely and play shots without feeling restricted.
The exact room size required will vary depending on the size of the pool table and the cue length being used. Before ordering, we recommend measuring your available space to ensure a suitable fit.

Delivery and Installation
Free UK Delivery
Free standard delivery is included with this product to most mainland UK addresses. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, with estimated lead times shown on each product page wherever possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier availability and your location. If there are any unexpected delays, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote or non-mainland locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and other remote postcode areas. If additional charges apply, we'll always contact you before processing your order.
Arranging Your Delivery
After you've placed your order, our team will get in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date and confirm a few details about your property, including any access requirements that could affect delivery or installation.
As your delivery date approaches, we'll provide confirmation of your scheduled delivery along with an estimated delivery window. In many cases, your delivery team will also contact you shortly before arrival with a more accurate estimated arrival time.
Our Delivery Service
Your pool table will be delivered by an experienced two-person delivery team who specialise in transporting and handling large, heavy games tables with care.
Deliveries are usually carried out during normal working hours, typically between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Occasionally, deliveries may take place outside these hours, but we'll always contact you beforehand if this is necessary.
If you've selected our professional installation service, the team will assemble, level and prepare your table so it's ready for play before they leave. If you've chosen delivery only, your table will be delivered safely to your property ready for self-assembly.
Professional Installation
Many of our pool tables are available with optional professional installation. Depending on the model, this service may include:
- Complete table assembly
- Slate installation (where applicable)
- Cloth fitting (where applicable)
- Precision levelling and setup
- Final quality inspection
Professional installation ensures your table is assembled correctly, perfectly level and ready to enjoy from day one. Due to the size, weight and precision involved in assembling many pool tables, we strongly recommend this option wherever available.
Preparing for Delivery
Pool tables are large, heavy products, so it's important to ensure there is suitable access to your chosen room before ordering.

Specialist Access
Additional charges may apply where deliveries require extra handling, including upstairs or basement installations, restricted access routes or specialist lifting equipment.
Where necessary, we may request photographs or videos of the access route before confirming delivery arrangements to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery possible.
After Your Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If any item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photographs where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
