Delivery Information

All prices displayed on our website include VAT and standard UK delivery unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Please note that additional delivery surcharges may apply to certain remote, offshore or non-mainland UK locations. Where applicable, any additional charges will be communicated before your order is processed.

Pool Table Delivery & Installation

We supply pool tables, games room furniture, accessories and related products throughout the United Kingdom.

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, particularly slate bed pool tables, specialist delivery and installation services may be required. Our experienced delivery partners are equipped to safely transport and install heavy games room equipment.

England & Wales

Many pool tables qualify for delivery to a ground floor location within England and Wales at no additional charge, subject to postcode restrictions.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain areas, including but not limited to postcode regions:

AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, EX and TR.

Professional installation services may be available for an additional fee. Installation typically includes:

Assembly of the table
Positioning in the chosen room
Levelling and setup
Basic care and maintenance guidance

Slate bed pool tables can weigh several hundred kilograms and require specialist handling. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Upstairs, Basement & Restricted Access Deliveries

Additional charges may apply where products need to be transported upstairs, downstairs or through areas with restricted access.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos of access routes before delivery to allow us to assess feasibility and provide accurate installation costs.

Scotland & Highlands

Delivery and installation services are available throughout Scotland.

Additional charges may apply to locations north of Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as Highland and remote areas, due to increased travel and logistics costs.

Any applicable charges will be displayed on the relevant product page or confirmed before order processing.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Offshore Locations

We can supply selected products, accessories and spare parts to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and certain offshore locations.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact us before ordering to obtain a delivery quotation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times and delivery location.

Many accessories and stock items are dispatched within a few working days. Larger products such as pool tables are often manufactured or prepared to order and may require additional lead time.

Estimated delivery times shown on product pages are provided as guidance only and may occasionally vary.

If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns & Cancellations

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

All items should be inspected upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or further information to help assess the issue.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Please note that certain made-to-order, bespoke or customised products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced or special materials have been ordered.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
