The Big Show Basketball Arcade Machine by WIK

The Owner's Insights on The Big Show Basketball by WIK

The Big Show is WIK's showpiece basketball arcade machine. In some game modes the basket moves, so players have to time their shots. Interactive panels on the sides react as the ball moves. That makes it as much fun to watch as to play, which is what pulls a crowd in an arcade.

WIK builds it from metal and laminated polycarbonate and makes it weatherproof for outdoor use all year round. There are four difficulty levels and five balls, so it suits children and adults alike. Link several machines and groups can compete for the top score.

One honest note: this is a big machine. It stands about 2.65m tall, is 2.5m long and weighs around 320kg, so check your ceiling height and access first. If space is tight, the WIK Basketball is the simpler option.

Why You'll Love The Big Show Basketball

• Moving basket – in some modes the hoop moves, which turns a simple game into a real test of timing.
• Interactive side panels – they react to the ball, so the machine puts on a show for anyone watching.
• Weatherproof for outdoor use – WIK builds it to be used outside all year round.
• Four difficulty levels – easy enough for kids, hard enough for competitive adults.
• Linking option – connect machines so groups can compete for the best score.

Can The Big Show Be Used Outdoors?

Yes. WIK describes it as weatherproof and suitable for outdoor use all year round. That makes it a good fit for seafront arcades, holiday parks and beer gardens. If your site is very exposed, message us first and we'll check the details with WIK.

How Easy Is It to Set Up and Move?

WIK designed it for quick assembly. It sits on six wheels with a locking system, so it can be moved and then fixed in place. It arrives packed at 115 x 139 x 160cm, so check that this will fit through your doors.

What Will It Cost to Run?

WIK rates it at 105W in demo mode and 180W during a game, on a standard 230V supply.
