Classic, Hyphen or Origin: which Cornilleau table is right for you?

All three are weatherproof 7ft American tables. The differences are the finish, the pockets and how they convert to dining.

Cornilleau Classic

The Classic (£2,995) is the most affordable Cornilleau. It has a steel frame with high-pressure laminate (HPL) panels, a 12mm HPL composite playing surface and a choice of Charcoal Grey or White frame with Light or Dark Grey Mélange cloth. An outdoor dining top (£695) and a cue stand (£275) are optional extras.

Cornilleau Hyphen

The Hyphen (£3,995) has a 100% steel frame, anti-corrosion treated and finished in weatherproof epoxy paint. It has drop pockets with a built-in ball return, French-made rot-proof cloth in Light or Dark Grey, and pocket inserts in White, Black, Terracotta, Mustard or Sea Green. Its playing surface is 190 × 94cm.

Cornilleau Origin

The Origin (£4,995) is Cornilleau's premium outdoor table, with a steel frame, HPL panels and a 12mm HPL composite playing surface, in White or Black. Dining tops in Wood or Stone design and a fitted PVC cover are optional extras.

Can a Cornilleau pool table stay outside all year?

Yes. Cornilleau designs these tables for permanent outdoor use, with steel frames and weather- and shock-resistant materials. The Classic and Hyphen come with a 5-year warranty, and Cornilleau says the Origin does too, with spare parts available for at least 20 years. A cover keeps the playing surface clean between games, and there's a fitted cover for the Origin. See all outdoor pool tables.

Do Cornilleau pool tables convert into dining tables?

The Classic and Origin do, with an optional dining top. On the Classic it's a weather-, UV- and shock-resistant top with a 5mm laminated surface, at £695. On the Origin you can choose a Wood or Stone design top. If you'd like a dining top for the Hyphen, get in touch. See all pool dining tables.

What size Cornilleau pool table fits your room or garden?

All three are 7ft tables measuring 215 × 120cm. For the Hyphen, the recommended clear space for comfortable play is about 4.9 × 4m (16 × 13ft), and the same allowance is a good guide for the Classic and Origin. For more on space, see 7ft pool tables.

Is delivery and installation included?

Delivery is included on most tables to mainland England and Wales, and installation is included on most American and premium slate-bed tables. Deliveries involving stairs carry an extra charge. Each product page shows exactly what's included, and the full terms are in our Delivery & Installation policy.
