Dynamic makes tournament tables, home tables and pool dining tables, so here's how the range splits.
These are Dynamic's tournament tables. The Dynamic II (£5,400) is a 9ft table in gloss black with chrome corners, a 25mm three-piece slate and K-55 cushions, and it's EPBF tournament approved. The Dynamic IV (from £5,400) comes in 8ft or 9ft with a 30mm slate, Simonis 860 cloth as standard and five cabinet finishes, and the 9ft meets EPBF tournament specification. The Axion (£5,995) is a 9ft matt black table with 30mm Brazilian slate ground to under 0.2mm, 18 levelling screws, click-in pockets and Simonis cloth in a choice of 24 colours.
These are the most affordable Dynamic slate tables. The Triumph (from £3,240) is matt white with chrome trim, in 7ft or 8ft. The Triumph Plus (from £3,450) adds low-noise drop pockets and a ball storage box, with a ball return as an option on the 8ft. Both have 20mm three-piece slate and K-55 cushions. The Competition II (from £3,800) comes in 7ft, 8ft or 9ft, with inset pockets, sighting spots and brushed-metal corners. Its slate is 20mm on the 7ft and 25mm on the 9ft.
These 8ft tables are built to look like furniture. The Bern (£4,680) is mahogany, with birchwood rails and a pull-out drawer for cues. The Salem (£4,560) has a walnut-grain finish and curved wooden legs. The X-Ray (£4,560), Upcon (£4,650) and X-Con (£4,750) are all grey oak with metal legs, and the X-Ray and X-Con have X-shaped legs. The X-Ray has 25mm slate and the others have 20mm. The Salem, X-Ray, Upcon and X-Con come with a boxed Aramith accessory pack.
The Premier (£4,850 for 7ft, £5,200 for 8ft, £5,600 for 9ft) is built for heavy use. It has a one-piece 19mm slate, a ball-return system and a choice of black or white. You can order it free-play or coin-operated, with a coin validator in 50p, €1 or €2. See all coin-operated pool tables.
These are Dynamic's pool dining tables, and each one seats up to 12 with its dining top on. The Vancouver III (£3,720) is a 7ft with 18mm slate and a two-piece dining top. Its playing surface is 188 × 94cm, a little smaller than a standard 7ft. The Diner (£3,795 for 6ft, £3,995 for 7ft) comes in Oak or Matt Black, and it has a composite playing bed rather than slate. The Mozart (£5,040) is a 7ft with a one-piece slate, a three-piece dining top and a choice of Oak, Mahogany or Matte White. See all pool dining tables.
Dynamic Billard is a German company based in Kirkel, with more than 35 years in billiards. It describes itself as one of the largest billiard dealers in Europe. Dynamic says its Dynamic II and Dynamic III tables have been used for over 25 years at more than 300 professional tournaments, including World and European Championships and Euro Tours.
Fourteen of the 15 Dynamic tables we sell have a natural slate bed, from 18mm up to 30mm thick. Most have three-piece slate, which can be easier to get into a house than a single slab. Most of them can also be upgraded to Simonis cloth.
Not sure which game you'll play? These are all American tables, for 57mm (2¼in) balls. For English pub pool, see our English pool tables.
You need room to cue on every side. These are the room sizes given on our Dynamic product pages for a standard-length cue:
| Table | Playing surface | Room needed |
|---|---|---|
| 7ft | 200 × 100cm | About 500 × 400cm |
| 8ft | 224 × 112cm | About 524 × 412cm to 536 × 423cm |
| 9ft | 254 × 127cm | About 554 × 427cm |
The Vancouver III has a smaller playing surface and needs about 490 × 395cm. A shorter cue lets you fit a table into a smaller room. For more on choosing a size, see American pool tables.
Delivery is included on most tables to mainland England and Wales, and installation is included on most American and premium slate-bed tables. Deliveries involving stairs carry an extra charge. Each product page shows exactly what's included, and the full terms are in our Delivery & Installation policy.
