Weatherproof outdoor football tables: what are they made of?
Indoor tables are often made of MDF, which can swell if it gets damp. Outdoor tables swap that for materials that cope with rain and sun, and use stainless or chrome-plated metal so the rods and fixings don't rust. Here's what each brand uses:
- Norditalia Storm range: thermoplastic resin and fibreglass with stainless steel connecting parts, and a 5mm tempered glass playing field. There's no wood to swell.
- Garlando outdoor tables: 25–30mm weather-resistant multi-layer board with a melamine coating and aluminium edges.
- Heemskerk Sunshine: marine plywood with a melamine coating, stainless steel rods and screws, and a 5mm glass playing field with a built-in glass cover.
- Cornilleau Origin: HPL laminated resin with a Gerflex playing surface and stainless steel rods.
- SAM Tempo Evo: phenolic board cabinet on metal legs.

Outdoor football table prices: how much does an outdoor foosball table cost?
Our outdoor football tables run from £899 for the Norditalia Storm F-1 to £3,500 for the SAM Tempo Evo. Weatherproof home tables start under £1,000, and coin-operated outdoor tables start at £1,550. Here's how they compare:

If you're choosing on price, the Cornilleau Origin's premium is partly for its design: for a tough pub garden or campsite table, a Norditalia Storm costs much less.
Outdoor table football covers: can it stay outside all year?
These tables are made to be used outdoors, but weather-resistant isn't the same as maintenance-free. Covering the table when you're not playing makes the biggest difference to how long it lasts.
- The Heemskerk Sunshine, Garlando Olympic Outdoor and Garlando Master Class Evolution Outdoor have a toughened glass cover over the pitch.
- The Norditalia Storm Trolley comes with an all-weather cover and folds down to 29cm high, so you can wheel it under shelter.
- For the Storm F-1, we recommend covering it after use and keeping it somewhere protected in cold winter weather. Budget for a cover on the other tables too.
Coin-operated outdoor football tables for pub gardens and holiday parks
Three of these tables are coin-operated. The Garlando Olympic Outdoor has a mechanical coin validator set to your chosen coin or token, and the SAM Tempo Evo has an electronic coin acceptor. The Norditalia Storm F-3 is set to €1 per game as standard, so ask us about a sterling or token setup before you order. For a busy venue, a heavier fixed table suits better than the folding Storm Trolley, which is best for homes, schools and holiday homes.

Can an outdoor football table be used indoors?
Yes. Most of these are listed for indoor and outdoor use. The exceptions are the Norditalia Storm F-1, Garlando Master Class Evolution Outdoor and Heemskerk Sunshine, which are listed for outdoor use.
Which outdoor football table is best for a garden?
It depends on how you'll use it. The Norditalia Storm F-1 (£899) has a resin and fibreglass body with no wood to swell. The Storm Trolley (£929) folds down to 29cm high and comes with an all-weather cover, so it suits a patio that's used for other things. The Garlando G-500 Weatherproof (£949) is a weatherproof version of Garlando's home table, and the Heemskerk Sunshine (£2,790) has a glass cover over the pitch.
