Dynamic Premier American Pool Table - 7ft,8ft & 9ft

The Owner's Insights on the Premier

The Premier is a genuinely different table to the rest of our Dynamic range, and it's worth being upfront about that. Dynamic builds this one for heavy, repeated use — the kind of punishment a table takes in a pub, a club or a busy shared games room — rather than for an occasional Sunday frame at home. We offer it both ways: as a straightforward free-play table, or with a coin validator and electric ball-release system if you want to run it as a pay-per-game table.

That heavy-duty brief shows up in the spec. The slate is a single 19mm piece rather than the 2 or 3-piece 20mm-plus beds you'll find on our Xray, Salem or Bern, and the cloth is Dynamic's own Eurospeed wool-polyester blend rather than a premium club cloth. It's not a lesser table so much as a different one, built to survive constant use rather than to be the centrepiece of a living room.

Why You'll Love the Premier

• Genuine slate playing surface – a single-piece 19mm slate bed, built for consistent, heavy-use play.
• Ball-return system included – balls collect centrally, ready to rack up again without walking the table.
• Free-play or coin-operated – choose the configuration that suits you when you order, whether the table is for a home, a club or a commercial floor.
• Formica-surfaced cabinet – built to resist the scrapes and knocks of frequent, high-traffic use.
• Accessory pack included – everything you need to start playing from day one.
• Free UK mainland delivery and professional installation – your table arrives fitted, levelled and ready to play.

Why You Should Consider a Dynamic Pool Table

Dynamic Billard has been manufacturing pool and billiard tables in Germany for more than 35 years, with a genuine track record in tournament and competitive billiards alongside its home and commercial ranges. The Premier draws on that same manufacturing base, built specifically for environments where a table needs to keep working, day after day, without the gentler treatment a table gets in a private games room.

Free-Play or Coin-Operated: Two Ways to Run Your Premier

The Premier is the one table in our range you can have either way, and the choice comes down to who's playing on it rather than anything about how the table plays.

Free-play is the right pick for a home games room, an office, or anywhere the table is simply there to be used. Balls are released straight back to the collection area after every frame, with nothing to pay and nothing to operate.

Coin-operated adds a coin validator and an electric ball-release mechanism, so balls are held until a game is paid for. Dynamic supplies the validator in 50p, €1 or €2 denominations, and it comes with 100 tokens if you'd rather run it on tokens than coins. This is the version for a pub, a club, a students' union or anywhere the table needs to pay for itself.

The cabinet, slate, cushions and cloth are identical either way, so you're choosing how the table is operated, not how well it plays. Some of the photography on this listing shows the coin-operated version, which is why you'll see the validator in the cabinet side. Tell us which configuration you want when you order, and get in touch first if you'd like to talk through which one suits your setting.

Is the Premier Right for a Home Games Room?

It can be, but it's worth going in with the right expectations. The Premier is genuinely built as a commercial-grade table – the single-piece slate, Formica cabinet and ball-return system are all chosen for durability under heavy, repeated use rather than for the closest possible match to a snooker-hall playing feel. If you're after that heavier-duty build, perhaps for a shared house, a business, or a games room that gets a lot of footfall, the Premier makes sense.

If what you're really after is the best possible home playing experience, our Xray, Salem or Bern give you a thicker sectional slate bed and a more premium cloth for a similar budget. Any of them is a genuinely good table; they're simply built for different jobs, and we'd rather you pick the right one than the one that merely sounds more impressive.

The Premier is available in black or white, and in 7ft, 8ft or 9ft sizes. Get in touch before ordering if you'd like help deciding between the Premier and one of our home-focused models.

Simonis Cloth: Available on Request

The Premier ships with Dynamic's own Eurospeed cloth as standard – a durable wool-polyester blend built to handle the heavy, repeated use this table's designed for. If you'd prefer the faster, more consistent roll of tournament-grade Simonis cloth instead, it's available on request rather than as a standard checkout option – get in touch before ordering and we can arrange it for you.

Table Tennis Conversion Top: Play Two Games on One Table

Want more than pool out of the table? A table tennis conversion top is available as an add-on when you configure your Premier above – a padded, playable surface that sits directly over the pool table, so you can switch between pool and table tennis without needing a second table in the room.

Premier Specifications

Room Size Requirements by Cue Length

These figures give you room to cue comfortably from every angle of the table. Dynamic's own guidance for the 7ft Premier recommends approximately 500 x 400cm of clear space for unrestricted play, which lines up closely with the standard 58" cue row above.
