The Richmond is the pool table dining table I'd point you to if you want something that looks like modern furniture first and a games table second. There's no carved wood or turned legs here. It's a clean box on four square steel legs, designed with an Italian design partner, and it suits a kitchen-diner, a home office or a hotel lounge far better than a traditional table would.
What surprised me is how serious it is underneath. You get a 19mm one-piece slate bed, so the roll is the same proper game you'd get on a dedicated pool table, not a novelty top you put up with.
Add the three-piece cover plates and it becomes a flat dining or meeting table. One honest note: there's no ball return, so potted balls stay in the pockets. That's normal on a dining table, but if you want balls collecting at one end, look at a pub-style table instead.

The Walnut pairs a white steel base with warm walnut-look panels, and its cover plates come in the matching walnut finish, which is the one to choose if you want it to look like a proper dining table.
Using the Richmond as a Pool Table With a Dining Top
The optional cover plates come in three pieces, so they're easier to handle than one big top. Lay them over the cushions and the slate is fully covered and protected. Take them off and you're playing again. If you want the table to double up from day one, add the cover plates in the options above.
